Payment: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $110.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) Invoices over $2,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms, you are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction. This online bidding system is set to start closing at 12:30 P.M. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Pickup: All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s). Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions & will be handled at our discretion. (unless other arrangements have been made) Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified. Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Do not bring a Pinto to take home a bedroom suite please.
